Hey guys, I'm sooooo Excited. I get my beloved snoopy back from the dead after a year of waiting on parts and money for a engine install and she's finally coming back tomorrow....I saw a post for CV permanent Crystal clear lights and a couple of other brands...anyone got some suggestions for me to clean my headlights...also any suggestions on what do do about my fading in color hubcabs/rims? turning that yellow color :\. any help appreciated :).

Check this thread on a system that may work for you. As far as the center caps, I would paint them. Check the How-To Documents on that information. Good luck. :)

I sanded my headlights with 1200 grit sandpaper, wet, until the dust coming off was white instead of yellow, then I hit it with some polishing compound with a 3 inch air polisher. Here are the results:

The before didn't show up very good, but the after shot looks like they are clear. :)

I have specific before and after shots, from the front of the car, where it shows up really good.. but they're on my mom's computer at my parents' house.. I'll post 'em tomorrow when I go over there.
