Does anyone know the best way to clean the aluminum manifold? I would imagine sand blasting it and powder coating, but there must be a more cost effective way. ANY IDEAS?

Just powerwash it until it's clean.

Nothing has been chromed. The stock aluminum parts of the A/C lines have just been polished.

i know its not chromed , i mean't i like your engine more than motorsport one ...or anyone else who chromed it cause it is so clean!

How do you keep it so clean? Do you just wipe your engine down with a cloth or do you spray some kind of cleaner on it and spray it down with a hose?
