Given the apparently growing potential for death and destruction and economic turmoil (read: astronomical gas prices) and another round of hateful finger-pointing over who-shoulda-done-what-when, I'd say this hurricane business is getting to be a bit tiresome.

i saw that it wound down a bit from a Cat5 to a Cat4 and changed it's target from Texas to LA. :(

although i have an appetite for destruction, my heart goes out to those 4-5 dancers working down there entertaining the people rebuilding the city. :(

does this mean that god doesn't love dancers?

I loved what General Honore said to the reporters yeaterday when announcing the 2nd evacuation of New Orleans. When asked a question about Katrini instead of focusing on Rita, he told the reporter "Your stuck on stupid".

I thought that was settled in 'Footloose'.

you know that's exactly how i feel right now.

i got a call earlier demanding that i fix a problem in the company system, pronto.

i told her i'd do it monday, but she insisted i finish it today. :mad: i was in the middle of cooking so i was miffed.

i made her stay an hour over her quitting time as well as lodged her into rush hour traffic. now she will receive a bill for 5 hours of work. :p she is so going to get it from her boss after he gets the bill. :p first thing he's going to ask is why she pissed me off. :p i normally give freebies if my clients work around my schedule. :p

revenge is so sweet, especially when i can work at home in shorts. :p

rake 'em over teh coals. :D
