Kenwood KFC-P708 speaker install

just thought some might like to see whats involved w/ putting these component speakers in.
I still need to install the xover's somewhere.
The hardest part of the woofers was reinstalling the grill.
The tweeters required prying out old ones from the OEM grill/plastic
Then heating grill w/ lighter to soften glue and then tapping it out.
Used hi speed grinder w/ sandpaper roll to trim back inner plastic so speaker fit perfect.

Here's the woofer's which I put baffles behind.
Trimmed the plastic grill and removed cloth.
Why? Cuz I don't want any extra vibrations ruining my rock out.

OMFG!
What a freakin PITAzzzzzzzzzzzz to install the xovers.
If i were to do it again i'd just run new wires from tweeters and woofers.
i thought it was gonna be WAY easier to run down oe wires in harness and tap into them. But i got the xovers tucked up behind glove box and above ecu/tcu, glued to backside of dash.
Sheesh!
is it just me do these cars need some dynamat or what?

Not sure what it is but I think I might want one!

I already have a radio with a cd player.
I already have a Magellan navigator.
I already have a blue tooth.
But what the hey, a man can't have too much stuff!

Tell me what it is so I can make a decision...
Keith:)
