Rough Idle and other Issues
 

I have a few questions:

Have had rough/ shaking idle for a while:
-Rocks engine a bit at idle, fine at all other RPM. [Fuel Filter, MAF, PCV,Plugs]

-Weird hesitation from 1800-2000 RPM [ECU bead crush?]

-Puffing sound from Pass. exhaust (true duals help, lol) [Leak?]

-Shaking at speed in AWD (better in FWD) [Alignment, tires, trans. break in?]

No check engine light, will pull code later today.

Hard to say with the info you provided. Rough running threads are here all over the place. Could be a vacuum leak or unmetered air allowed into the engine. If the CEL comes on check the code(s).
