No shift from 1st gear.

Long story short... used 92' trans, installed in another 92',..will not shift out of 1st gear. Neutral, reverse, park are ok.. no TCU codes although, only able to drive about 25mph. Service Manual points to solenoid 1. Anyone ever experience this problem??

well no codes ,no flashing power light ? its not electrical ,if the front speed sensor isnt working you would not have speedo and the rear sensor would tell the tcu your moving but no signal ,but you dont have codes ,the tranny you put in is probaly no good
