Found something strange on Obama's wikipedia page.....see if you can spot it:D Its in the first paragraph http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barack_Obama

Well technically it still isnt correct since he is "hapa":D Half white half African-American, proves most people see what is on the outside I guess. Maybe in the near future we will see percentages for ethnic backgrounds instead of geographical location:lol:

Technically, he is 1/8 african, his mom is white, and his dad is 3/4 Arab, 1/4 Kenyan, so he's more Arab than he is African-American, and he's more white than he is anything else.

My Grandmother on my Fathers side referred to herself as 1/2 Irish, and 1/2 English.

I recently found out that what she meant by "the English half" was actually Protestant Irish.:rolleyes:

Technically he doesnt fit the "African-American" description right? It strikes me that if an old "white" guy runs for office he is just that...nothing more. He is not Irish-American, German-American and so on. But he is a man of color, he gets the title "African-American" when he is not. I'd like to see a "actual" American run for president one day. Imagine his first 100 days in office:lol:
