My new yellow SVX

I think yellow looks great with the black roof and trunk. As for the STi, that is one hot car. To bad you couldn't drive it in the U.S.

Sweet looking toys! Nice!

how much for the Sti? And why can't it be driven in the US?
|
Rad man, I bet you get lots of looks in that yellow rocketship in london.

Congrats on your new yellow svx. Nice car. :D
How much it cost you in US dollars? Your STi is nice too, why don't you keep both of them!! What year is your SVX? I noticed you have dual airbags and no automatic seat-belt. I like your glass headlights.... Do we have the same color code? :) http://www.subaru-svx.net/photos/files/SSSVX/25416.JPG |
No doubt about it, that is a YELLOW SVX !! ;) :D :D :D
Good looking one at that. :) :) |
It is a European spec STi with right hand drive in a car that was never certified for importation into the United States. People have been able to get rare cars like Porsche 959's and Jaguar XJ-220's in through an import exclusion loophole, but a Subaru WRX Sti is not a limited enough vehicle with real history or intrest. Yes the Impreza was brought here, but not with a EJ20t. Plus Euro spec cars were never certified for front and side impact by NHTSA.

Not quite correct It is a japanese spec STI,it is not supposed to be in the UK,was imported by an independant car importer.it had to pass an SVA test, the local subaru dealers will not service it or supply parts for it.Made 310bhp on the rolling road, and ran the quarter mile in 13.1 secs @ 106mph.
