I have a good set of oem security module and fob for sale. Works as they should. There are small screws missing and some damage from dropping the key fob. I will post some pics later.

Can this just been innstall on a car that dont have this? Or is the wiring missing then?

In the usdm, it's pre wired. But I am not sure about your application.

This will only work on USDM cars. Not even Canadian market cars came with the wiring I believe.(someone correct me if wrong) It was a port installed option once the cars came into port.
