Final 'prep' for the food orgy is finished, All I got to do tomorrow is 'everything else'!
Family will be here at 4!!

cranberry sauce, both jellied & whole berry,
carrots,
potatoes,
broth,
gravy,
two loaves of wheat bread already baked,

And my son David is home!:)

I am truely thankful!

Got together with the entire family at my youngest brother's place. Yes, we had pies - pumpkin, apple, and pecan! :)

Wife was disappointed. She made 14 pies and we had 7 left today!
Pumpkin, chocolate, lemon, banana cream.

I boiled the carcas down and made some cornbread scrapple this morning,.
3 quarts of 'stock' in the freezer for future use.
