SATURDAY, MAY 6

9:00am-Noon: Arrival at the parking lot between the two hotels.

1:00pm: Car wash (In true Reading tradition)

2:00pm: Road trip to a local Subaru Meet

5:00pm: Group dinner at one of 3 Venues

8:00pm: Trip to the dragstrip for members who wish to go and participate or be spectators.


SUNDAY, MAY 7

9:00am: Our own little "Cars and Coffee" in the parking lot between the hotels for our "early risers". (This will be shared with the local car groups on Facebook, so expect visitors)

1:00pm: Regroup Time (as some will have gone off for lunch)

2:00pm: Route 77 Poker Run

4:30pm: Arrive at Lake House Cabin For our catered Community Awards Ceremony. $5.00- $8.00 a head.

8:00pm: Return To Lafayette (30 min. return drive from the lake)


MONDAY, MAY 8

8:00-9:00am: Meet up to head to SIA (Allowing for another possible car wash run)

10:00am: Arrival at SIA Factory

BESIDES THE FACTORY TOUR AND CATERED LUNCH, WE HAVE A FULL DAY PLANNED AT SIA WITH A BIG SURPRISE IN THE AFTERNOON, BUT WE HAVE NOT BEEN RELEASED BY SUBARU TO DIVULGE ANY FURTHER INFORMATION AT THIS TIME.


Plus the opportunity for our members to go on the official Subaru of America Test Track!

Itinerary

•Sat May 6th


-9AM-Noon Arrival (Parking lot behind the Homewood Suites)
3939 South St, Lafayette, IN 47905
-1PM Car wash (In true Reading tradition)

-2PM Events Up to the discretion of the group 3 possibilities provided.

-5PM Regroup (Parking lot behind the Homewood Suites)

-6PM Bunker hill drag strip to participate or spectate.

-Open evening schedule. Be sure to communicate with your fellow members via the Anniversary Meet Group Chat to help us find each-other some will be heading to bed others to pool halls etc. (have a great idea let us know)



•SUN May 7th

10:30 - Group will assemble in the lobby

11:00 - Tour

12:30 - Lunch

1:30 - Presentation by SIA Executive

3:00 - Track Drive (On SIA's Test Track!)

4:00 - Group departs SIA

Did not see photo OP's ....Group photo and Car photos listed in the events. Still can't make it. Can't get my riding partner to go.. Sons got a wedding that day. Really what's more important? Really ... Obviously the Idy meet is ,:cool::p ,its a no brainier. :)

I thought he mentioned a time for Group pics, but you're right, I don't see it mentioned in the itinerary.....but I'm sure lots of pics will be made....

We're stopping by the Indy Speedway Museum on the way up Friday, so not sure exactly whet time I'll be there....but hope to be there around 5:00.

I prefer BBQ over Olive Garden, but I could be swayed :)

Ditto for me.

If my flight isn't late and there aren't any problems getting the car or hotel room, I'm estimating I'll be able to meet some time around 7-8pm. If you're starving and want to start without me, I'd still be interested in joining.

Who else will be there Friday? Has there been any discussion about this on FB?

Checked on 2 way shipping of the car and a flight. Too late... And ouch $$$$ never know maybe next time .my situation my be better. ..😉💁🏻. Can't wait to see op photos.
