Repainting your wiper arms!!!
I don't know who suggested it, but someone said to use GRILL paint, something that you can buy at almost any diy store. I bought some, and it looks GREAT!!!!!!!!!! I sanded them just a little, it dried within 5 minutes, and now all my wiper arms look like new!!!!!!
Everyone do it! It's easy! And cheap! :D - Rob |
you painted them black hopefully, right?

Yes, I mentioned that before...BBQ grill paint works the best.

Yeah Kelli, Everyone that has a SVX should know about BBQ grill paint!!:D ;) Duh!:D
|
i am working on getting another...i haven't found one worth my time yet.
when are you coming out to play some paintball? and the fact that i was making sure that rob didn't paint his wipers blue or pink or something has nothing to do with the fact that i sold my svx Kelli |
Rob had painted his wipers and wiper arms with "hooked-up RED" color. He now has them back to black. Painting the wiper themselves is not recommended! :D
|
ok...wiper arms...my bad!
:D Kelli :D |
There is a Pearl SVX out West here that you could buy! It has a small dimple, but looks great other than that! ;) :D :p
Oh, maybe it isn't for sale ! :D |
mine are fully sanded with about 6 coats of flat rustoleum and no less than 10 coats of clear. Kinda shiny but they will stay good for awhile. I would go with flat black though.
