MI Sighting
 

I live in Windsor, Ontario (in Canada :p ) which is just the other side of the river from Detroit, MI, for those not in-the-know. This weekend I went up I75 north to Sault Ste. Marie to visit my parents, and had an SVX sighting.

On this trip I took my 97 Dodge Stratus, because the SVX has issues right now. Anyway, I encountered one heck of a snowstorm somewhere north of Saginaw. For about 10 minutes all I could see was the red glow of tail lights of the one SUV ahead of me. Then, like guardian angels I see a mob of yellow halos in my rearview; another pack of cars. I watched as they went past. Then I saw it. "Hey, those tail lights... that one was an SVX! I'm following it!"

And so I did; followed it for many miles. It appeared to be an ebony, not sure what year. Michigan plates. I ent up staying with it until it pulled off (presumably for gas) somewhere just south of Wolverine, MI. Never saw it again after that.

Just wanted to see if the person driving it posts to the forums. I had considered following it to its destination, just to say hi, but figured they'd likely have thought I was strange and called the cops on me. I wasn't even in my own SVX after all.
