What about meeting at "Fred Thomas Drive" - Take Esmonde Road off-ramp, then second left into Fred Thomas Drive.

We could meet in the car part of the Lake House Arts Centre & Cafe (old Victorian building)) which is on the LHS approx 800m from motorway - past round-about.

Say around 9.45am.
