Drive shaft??

is it rare for the drive shaft to go bad on a SVX?
Like bad "U" joints?

Are replacement "U" joints available?

It is possible for them to go bad, and I have read about and heard of them going bad.

They're available at Advance Auto Parts for $28.00. http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/web...S_634174272___

They are staked in so it's not an easy DIY to replace them but it can be done.
