2021 Alcyone Dragon Meet
 

Planning to have the Annual Dragon Meet the weekend of June 25th-27th,
Will be staying in Townsend, TN again this year at the Tremont Lodge and Resort.
We'll get a group discount of 12% off if we have 10 rooms or cabins booked, but figure on full price until we hit those numbers.
From Townsend, we are about 30 minutes from, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Dragon, this will make the wives happy at the nearer shopping opportunities.
Also opens up the choices for Restaurants being closer, while still being "Off the beaten Path" from the crowds.

I'll try to post more as time comes, but would like to get a running count of interested members (I posted on Facebook a couple days ago, but my Facebook account has been hacked, and I have no access to it currently).

So post up if your interested!

We reserved the cabin. I think there's only one cabin? Well we have one anyhow...looking very forward to it!

I'm making a note of the dates. I don't have an SVX anymore (I know, I know, "buy Huck's!") but would really enjoy exploring those roads with a group. We're still in 'wait and see' mode though. I'll know more in a month I hope.

Would be good to see you there, even with out your SVX...There will be others there without a SVX, so don't let that stop you!

Well...due to death in the family, I'm not going to be able to make it this year. :(

I have my reservation for the cabin at the hotel, if anyone wants it, let me know and I'll see if it can get transferred to you somehow.

Next year? Hopefully!

Sorry to hear that Steve, I lost my Mother last month, so I understand.....you and Becky will be missed at the meet for sure.....

I made a reservation! I made it beginning Friday night -- do you all get in then, or Thursday night? I think I can still change it if need be. Looking forward to introducing the zed to the dragon. :)

I was thinking about staying thurs night, but might stay in lexington instead, wanted to poke around the national park or caves before or after the meet.
