The one on eBay is missing the small piece of foam that separates the two openings. All my spares have it and it would be easy to make a template to reproduce them. Easily slips over tabs in the bottom of the cup holder.

If anyone wants one for $30 + shipping send me a PM. That is what I paid for mine which was new at the time, even was in the sealed Subaru parts bag. I used it once, but found my old cup holder system worked better so I never used it again.

I used mine only once as well. Leaving the console open to hold a cup is inconvenient. The console has to be nearly empty also. It's stored under the passenger seat in the unused storage tray.

Just a note, any craft store like Michaels or AC Moore will have foam core (name: Foamies 9"x12") that works perfectly for stuff like this around your car. It's cheap, about $.50c per sheet and you can use it for the piece above or little mats for your cup holders. I find all kinds of silly uses for the stuff, I keep a sheet in my work area.

My original SVX cupholder, free + shipping to wherever you are. Never used, it came with my '96 when I bought it new. Just came across it in a box while sorting stuff. Foam insert intact, etc.
