Rad Temp Sensor

OK. I've been looking, and found references to overheating and temp sensors, and such.

So, where is the 2wire temp sensor, so I can fool my fans into coming on. I just wanna make sure they are working, since I've had the Tranny done, and haven'[t had the time to drive it lately...

The two wire water temperature sensor is located on the left side
(drivers side in the US)
coolant cross over tube under the intake manifold,
at the back of the engine.
