Torque for Koni Insert

I've been given two torque specs for the Alan bolt at the bottom of the Koni insert. (No, I don't have the install instructions). One says 55 ft lbs and the other says 63 ft lbs. The inserts I have are the ones with the 3 nubs.

Which value is correct?
