I talked with the 'former' owner of the 38 last nite. He has the papers and missing parts! He said that he had 'forgotten' that he parked it on me 10 years ago and was amazed that it was still there. I told him that it was no longer where he put it. That it was sitting at my welding shop next to a Diplomat' frontend and drivetrain.
I told him to bring the parts and PAY me for my work, or bring a title and parts and he could 'borrow it' some time.

He LIKED that!!
I will kick him some bucks when it goes to a 'new' home.
