Sunroof Removal

Could someone tell me the correct procedure for removing the sunroof. I have a new gasket for it, and it sure is awfull dirty under there. So I figured I'd just take it off and clean everything up in the process. But I sure would like to get some info from someone who's done it before.

yeah, let us know if it makes it open any easier too. Mine has always needed a little push to get going

I have used silicone spray on the track and it works much better. :) You may want to try that. Good luck. :)
