group N Motor Mounts
 
Anyone know where there is a how to or instructions for installing the group N motor mounts for 5 spd conversions???

Here's a question, do you neeeed group N motor mounts for 5 speed conversions?

Yeah... you can use the brackets that come with them... that raises the engine 1/4" though. You can use the Stock bracket with some modification... That lowers the engine a 1/4" OR you could make a 1'4" spacer and still modify a stock bracket to keep it in the right location. I also make fully bolt in sets if you are interested

Couldn't dropping the engine a quarter inch be beneficial? Granted marginally but still lower center of gravity couldn't hurt. Sorry but newbie here, what are the group N motor mounts? Mine are shot and I was just gonna replace them with stock but curious what the group N mounts are.

k I couldn't find group n's i got some regular wrx ones... do they need modification and how do I put them in???

bolts...:lol: just use the wrx bracket and you should be fine
