Lets all use Tom

Tom, there has to be enough people here that you should be kept very busy. From what I have heard your work is top notch. I love my 97 and would love to upgrade it here and there however I have to admit that I do not know whats available and how it will make my SVX better. I have a 95 also that I would like to improve even more than the 97.

Can you post somewhere a list of the stuff that you do, what it is, and how it will help the svx, and the price.

I have to admit that I am not mechanical and see and price for 4.4 mounts, auto, etc really confuses me.

Can you post something somewhere that tells us more.

Tom, this will turn into something big...I can see it....You should start interviewing secretaries and possibly train some others so you can open garages across the country :D
Don't burn yourself out...but good luck!!

Heck Im all the way down in North carolina but when it comes time for my 4.44 swap I will most likly try and make something happen up in PA, the extremely long drive is definetly worth the security of knowing the person who did the swap knows their stuff.

Hey, It's not his first rodeo!

The YOUNG Tom is an expert in 5 and 6 speed conversions, along with many other things, and the OLD Tom, (me:o ) is "experienced" with 19:rolleyes: 4.44/4.11 swaps or so.
Including the FIRST 4.44 swap!;)
Along with a few other firsts.:p

Sounds like a solid foundation for a good partnership.

I just came upon this old thread. Fifteen short months later, BOTH Tom's (along with assorted partners) have shops!

Hooray for the Toms! (and assorted business partners ;))

Mike621 03-12-2008 10:13 AM

+ 11 to all of that, the shops, the withdrawal...

I'm very happy to be a part of the shop, and to work with AB on a regular basis, and I always know I can count on OT for advice and insight on many aspects of our cars.
