Not for me of course. I could never request such an honor for myself. But, for some one I admire greatly. A man who is not driven by any political or social agenda's. A man I have known for decades. A man I can call a true friend. A man who has guided me. A man who taught me how to laugh and how too sing. A man who I feel in all honesty would always make fair, balanced and well reasoned judgments, no matter the situation. That would not only be fair but, beneficial to all of our members. My friend Julius is a man who I know can be counted on through thick and thin. Good times or bad times.
