Touch up paint ( barcelona red)
 

Ok so after a car wash yesterday the paint on my spoiler began to chip even more...now you can see the black underneath and the chip is pretty big. I wanted to buy touch up paint for the time being because I can't afford to get the whole thing painted. I went to the local speed shop and bought what i thought was a match but the red I bought was way too bright. Anyone know where I can find a good match...looking for the paint in the small bottle with the tiny brush inside.

sell the car to me cheap before it gets any worse. :)

Ummm...at the Subaru dealership? I think my bottle of Barcelona Red (with the little brush inside) cost me about $6 (or maybe it wsa $16, I can't remember).

Awesome! I'll give my dealer a call monday morning. I didnt think they would have any left but I'll call and find out. Would Subaru Parts.com have it?

Paint scratch has been a very good place to get touch up paint (the above link) and it seems to match very close to the original. Good luck. :)

It's $6. I bought a bottle of brilliant red touch up paint 1 month ago...

If the dealer doesn't have it, go to a paint shop and have them match it. They'll use a computer to make a perfect match, so you won't ahve to worry about fading.

I called the dealer about the touch up paint. The parts guy said he needed a color number for the paint. Anyone know what it is for 93 barcelona red?

It's on a little silver plaque under your hood on the driver's side.

Or, just give them the VIN, that's how I had them match mine.
