Someone's SVX here? Custom bodykit?

While doing my rounds of intrawebs searching on the SVX, I had ran across this interesting looking SVX:

I prefer the stock look but this reminds me something that would come straight out of a Tokyo Extreme Racer game or something? ;).

(Sorry if this has been posted before... hadn't seen any mention of it or through the dozens of threads I've read)

Haha.... yes, Rice... very much so. It does make you take a double take though and ask "Wait, is that really a SVX!?" and then you look at the windows ;-)

sicksubie 03-11-2008 05:37 AM

looks like it may have been intended for a supra....

The tail lights remind me of an NSX.

LetItSnow 03-11-2008 06:01 AM

You have to admit that it's cleanly done!

AUSVX 03-11-2008 06:22 AM

hahahah, i prefer the stocky SVX and that would definitely tip the car over the 2 tonne weight mark.

svxistentialist 03-11-2008 06:40 AM

Wow!

Radical, or what?

The building behind and the planting suggests Japanese or Chinese. However, the car is LHD, so I expect it is somewhere on Continental Europe. Possibly the building is a Chinese restaurant.

I don't recognise the plates but they are using the European colour scheme and format, with the blue and yellow at the side.

It's well done, but it's so ricey the Chinese restaurant behind is a Freudian slip.

:rolleyes::D

The rubber mudflaps really cheapen it for me.

Tim 03-11-2008 10:32 AM

I'm curious as to what the front looks like.

SubaruSVXCrazy 03-11-2008 10:33 AM

I'd hate to see what the front looks like.

We posted at the same thing at the same time.
