Rear seat carpet screws missing?

Ok I got the seat folded down the carpet should be attached to the back of the seat towards the bottom all I see is a bunch of screw holes ... any recommendations ? (this is the trunk carpet I believe)

Is the plastic piece there? There should be a flat piece that the screws go through and hold the carpet to the seat. :)

Update I got the piece and all the screws for $9 including shipping :D
