This is just a guess, but I would say it is just to sell... not to use for any useful purpose.

yeah, some pple said the capacitors inside are too small
to have any help. that's why i asked, if it helps, how do you rate them? a friend of mine who works at the car stereo shop told me, it'd help some. the headlights would be brighter and etc. maybe the car may accelerate smoother too. it'd help especially for the older cars and smaller engines. another friend(his dad's a retired mechanic) who told me, it won't be helpful because the voltage's already stabilized from the alternator. this is more useful at home current. so i don't know and trying to get some opinions. lol maybe i shouldn't waste my money even though that's 30 days money back guarantee. the shipping is on yours if you ship it back. |
