92 Claret with 69k miles.
Alright guys, my GF needs to sell this car since we're moving to Texas and cant afford to bring it.
It's a 1992 Claret/black LS with no spoiler. It's got 692** miles on it right now. Brand new CV joints/axles. Tires have a ton of tread left. One of the pullies for the AC seized, and needs to be replaced before the AC will work again. I pulled the pulley out, but havent gotten a replacement or fixed the original yet. Rotors are probably slightly warped, as there's a small shimmy in the wheel when braking. Hood was repainted and one headlight replaced due to being backed in to by a van. No door dings what-so-ever. Second owner, and was owned by a retired couple who only drove it to the grocery store and church. (I talked to the lady when I saw her at the grocery store, and gave her my number. She called me about a year later telling me it was for sale. ) These are the only pictures I have right now, but I will take current pictures probably tomorrow. http://www.subaru-svx.net/photos/files/Bwana/18944.JPG http://www.subaru-svx.net/photos/files/Bwana/18943.JPG (yeah, yeah, backwards wheels...it now has ford probe wheels on it, so that problem has been fixed. :p ) Transmission shifts fine, with no slippage. Engine runs perfectly. AC was ice cold before the pulley seized. I'm not really sure what to ask for this, so please PM me with offers. She would like to sell in the next two weeks. PM or post here with any questions. Thanks for looking, Scott New Pictures: http://i10.tinypic.com/6ezxc09.jpg http://i14.tinypic.com/526e62b.jpg http://i11.tinypic.com/4y65boz.jpg http://i9.tinypic.com/4ped69s.jpg http://i11.tinypic.com/6d0ivcx.jpg http://i19.tinypic.com/4thotts.jpg |
She looks like a very nicely kept car.
Twin to mine, but I now have 242K on it. I know I won't be able to afford it, but Arizona, or Texas is a good place for it, with the dry climate. No salt on the roads, or in the air either. Good luck with the sale. I hope it turns out well for you. Oh.....What's that on the left? Looks like SVX lines, but the mirror confusers me???? |
You don't have anymore SVX to drive after this...
|
Ahhhh,..
I see it. Nice to see a Bright Red, with the Claret. Your taking that one tho, right? |

I know. :( But the legacy is more fun to drive, and oddly enough, i seem to get more looks in a plain silver car then in my bright red with bright gold wheels SVX. |
Look, new pictures.
