Hey guys, I'm new to SVX's, but definitely not to Subarus. This is my 8th subaru, after:
92 Legacy Turbo
02 Baja
98 Impreza RS25
92 Legacy Turbo
93 Legacy Turbo
92 Legacy L
98 Impreza RSTI

It's a 92, rebuilt trans + trans cooler, in pretty decent shape. Just going to clean it up and DD it while I work on my RSTI. A 5 speed swap might be down the road, but we'll see.

Both the fronts, looks like he mounted the tires on the wrong rims :tard:

what is a 98 impreza rsti, I was under the assumption that sti's were not made till 2003 or 2004 ?

A 98 Impreza RS25 with the stock drivetrain taken out and replaced with an STI motor/trans

Welcome! Nice looking Ebony. Did you get it here or up island? (didn't see it listed on Craig's or Used Vic...but then I've been looking at Datsun 240's lately) This makes it 3 Ebonies from Victoria on site...

Beautiful. I turbo'd a 1.8 L 2 years back. I regret selling that car.

Got it from a guy who moved here from the states. He wanted something turbo 5-speed, so I traded him straight across for my modded 92 Legacy Turbo.

Time for a meet, I think :D

It's a 2.2L closed deck block with V4 STI heads, essentially the same motor as was in the 22B

Except mine has a 20G turbo, meth injection and a front mount that fills the whole bumper opening :P

Perhaps a meet and drive? Get the other Ebony (Marte, you around?) and go for a spin. :D
