Sighting! King of Prussia, PA

I was driving home from work yesterday and spotted a 94+ Polo Green SVX, the first one I've ever spotted at random. He was turning from Chesterbrook BLVD onto Dupertail Rd, in Chesterbrook, PA, down the street from King of Prussia. The driver was in his late 60's to early 70's.

Anyone know who it might be?

Car was in incredible condition, from the brief sight I saw. I tooted my horn, and almost gave the guy a heart attack as he turned in front of me, so I decided it might not be a great idea to follow him.

How did you know that it was a 94? Is the a noticable difference to be able the different years?

Now that I think about it, it was a 95-96. I knew polo green wasn't available in 92-93, plus it had manual seat belts, which was a dead give-away. It diffidently wasn't emerald green, which was the 94 green, and it had a waterfall grill, which rules out 97, thus leaving 95-96 as the only options that were both polo green, and waterfall grill.

Wasn't the wheel color changed between 95-96 or was that 94-95? I didn't get a good enough look to see what color the wheels were, but they looked the lighter of the two.

95 Polo is the same color as 94 Emerald Green, The wheel color changed for 94 (im pretty sure about that). If it was true polo green and had a waterfall grill its most likely a '96

Yes you do :D and a good wet sanding and polishing and your head lights (and grill) will look AMAZING! The waterfall grill looks better than the '97 grill IMHO.
