How do I get a picture under my name?

I can't figure out where to link a picture for under my handle, HELP!

Go to "USER CP" at the top of the page. Click on "EDIT OPTIONS" and scroll to the bottom of the page. THere, you'll find "AVATAR" make one, or find one and put the location in the link box -- you'll be set. :D Avatars are limited to 50x50 pixels.
