woolly handling

i,ve noticed that my cars cornering ability & general handling are not very sharp.
as the mileage is now 110k plus, i think a new set of springs, shocks & bushes are needed.
i think may be the following

springs- standard if avaialble?
shocks- prob kyb Or better?
bushes - poly type would be first choice

any ideas plz, abz

Go with Mychailo's springs. They're a little stiffer, and still work very well with stock struts. They'll turn it into a much more entertaining but still comfortable GT.

where would these springs be available from? as i have never heard of the name

Hiya,

Tein in Japan I understand do a shock and spring for the SVX and also the full computor controlled shocks, I have not looked into it but maybe worth a try, its top top gear.

i reasonable suspension would be the koni struts with the mychailo springs... It will handle much better and sacrifice next to no ride quality

I'm telling you. Mychailo's springs. Stock or KYB struts. It's not as pricey, and it handles great.

KYB doesn't make struts for us... The only aftermarket strut available now is Koni... Just so people don't get excited if they find them... The stockers brand name is Showa

DUR. Sorry. I knew that, I was getting my cars confused. My other car's only strut options are koni inserts or KYBs. :P

But yeah. Showas. Expensive. And most likely going to leak, after all these years sitting in storage. I blew out 2 rears in under 1,000 miles.
