I Taged it at 3:30pm 2-3-03. Sitting in the parkinglot right across the street from my house right now. VA plates, silver with spoiler.

Nope, figured the person would worry if there was some kid sitting out by their car waiting for them to come out of the business they were in:D It was there for about an hour though, checked on it 3 times and probibly just missed the owner by 2 minutes.
