O/T: for those of you who spell like I do
give this site a try.
http://www.iespell.com/download.php It's a spell check program for use with Internet Explorer. Sorry, don't think it works for anything other than English or IE. It does have a setting for US, or UK, or CA (does that mean it won't work in AU or NZ?). It's not as good as the MS office product, but it's way better at spelling than I am - maybe grammar next time? Now if I can just remember to use it before I click the submit button  |
I just tried it.
It works great! Thanks for the tip. Doug |
My spell checker is sitting next to me on the couch. I've been married to her for 34 years. She is an English teacher and corrects my punctuation too.

Spell Checker...
Since I don't have the luxury of a "Couch Spell Checker" :D I took lee's advice and downloaded the spell checker he recommended.
I, too, agree. I just used it on "luxory" and it works great. Thanks for the tip.:) :) |

Seriously, I work for an Industrial Battery charger manufacturer and we have a Rep in Cajun Country Louisiana. This guy sends every email to us with the words spelled exactly like they sound. Ever hear of a “Bat tree chawja”? When I kidded him about using his spell checker he said he would use the “add” feature and enter all the misspelled words so they wouldn’t come up wrong. He's a great guy and a real character....ga-run-teed! :D :D :D |
