Florida Car in NJ?
 
It's March 17th, and I just spotted a black '92 LSL in bayonne NJ. FL Plate was B88-ASB. Just wondering if it's an enthusiast's car, it was clean. I left a note, so if they arn't already, maybe they'll become one ;)
