Are you sure it's 115? Or just 114.3 rounded off? Either way, sure, they'll fit.

They're just drilled for both. If they are, in fact, 115, then they will not fit.

With some grinding, I fitted 5x112 rims of the Mercs on mine.

Seven tenths of a millimeter is hardly a major difference. Some wheel studs compared to others may have more than .7mm difference in bolt circle diameter. Chances are, if it is dual-drilled, it is drilled for 5x100 (subaru, VW, Scion, and others use that), and 5x4.5inches (almost everyone else from japan and the US use that. Metric european cars tends to use 5x100, a bit of 5x110, 5x112, and 5x120mm. And I think most of that is to be enough different as to not cross wheels between european brand cars. BMW wheels on Mercedes, Mercedes wheels on Audis, Audi Wheels on Ferraris, and Ferrari wheels on BMWs... it would be chaos. :D American and Japanese manufacturers seem to like the lower costs of modularity, rather than worrying about wheel design cross-over. It is also cheaper for suppliers to offer a more standardized set of parts. Not only wheels, but brake discs or drums, and hub assemblies, all have to be set to that pattern. |

5x114.3 is the lug pattern.
Whats the width? Whats the offset? Are they cheap? I am on the look out for some cheap rims... Got a link? |

As for the aftermarket wheels, and related to my last purchasing experience, i suggest you guys ask for the hub diameter also. You might need rings for that. |

I dunno...Mike is certainly a trend setter...but the wheels I'm looking at are a throwback to his non pearly days...
Got a local guy selling a set of these. http://www.subaru-svx.net/forum/atta...1&d=1272579221 |

Enkei Shoguns, am I right? Probably 17x7 or 17x8... Otherwise a knock-off of them.
I've seen pictures of a green SVX wearing those. Evidently, Mike's pre-pearlie car, if this cardomain page is for the same "mike". http://www.cardomain.com/ride/286975 http://memimage.cardomain.com/ride_i...010_medium.jpghttp://memimage.cardomain.com/ride_i...012_medium.jpg Pretty sure they'll fit. :D Most aftermarket wheels are made to fit a wide variety of cars, and a FWD fitment like that should have plenty of positive offset for SVX fitment. They even appear to be directional, if those photos above are accurate, and one isn't mirrored. Both sides of the car have the wheels "clawing forward". The hub bore diameter is likely pretty wide to fit a variety of cars that might have a wide hub ring diameter, so some hub ring spacers are likely a good idea, and SVX OE lug nuts won't work with those wheels. 12x1.25mm (IIRC) thread pitch for Subaru or Nissan fitment (wheel stud threading), with the same seat style (likely conical) as those wheels will be required. Probably narrow over-all diameter "tuner" lugs. McGard Spline-drives work well for that. They'd be sexier if they weren't double-drilled, or had fitted center cap covers over the hub area, but those are good lookin' wheels. |
