What to do with ruined tranny
 

So, I recently replaced a demolished 4EAT with a not demolished 4EAT. As a result, I have a useless 4EAT in my yard. What should I do with it? Can I get any money out of scrapping it or something? The diff case is cracked, the rest of the case is fine, and I'm pretty sure the teeth on the front diff are mostly gone (based on shards in diff fluid). What about internals...anybody need some solenoids or valve bodies or something?

I am in the same situation as both of you, I am considering (using that word loosely) rebuilding it, but i may just junk it....

The best thing to do is take it to a recycle facility. they will give you cash for it based upon weight. they give me 7 cents a pound here in the burg.
