1st car wash

I finally washed my car and took off the spoiled this weekend.
Here is a pic.

I must need to raise it a bit in the front as I scraped my exhaust just going over the driveway into the grass to get to the water hose.

Do your tires rub?

ensteele 02-10-2008 11:08 PM

It looks great. :) :)

Looks pretty nice

YourConfused 02-10-2008 11:37 PM

WOW!

Thanks for the replies.

I took other pics, but I liked this one the best.

225/40/18's do not rub w/ 2 passengers.
With just me in the car I can do stupid things and they do not rub. W/ the offset of the rims I am almost rubbing at this ride height.

My car hardly produces the power to move itself, but I am working on that...
I want to tint the windows to make the thing look smooth. I put on the 97 grill today and need to take more pics.

Does this mean your car is driveable now?!? You have to come down to SA. :)
It seems yesterday was an SVX day. Dustin, Skip, Don and myself randomly got together - having a mini-meet. It was cool because we just needed a 1996 & 1997 to have all the years.
Dustin had gotten some BBS wheels and I wanted to find the rattle noise coming from my rear deck which I figured meant it was a good time to replace the rear speakers. ;)
Took a couple of pics as it was a nice sight: pictures

oops missed this. :) I think your SVX looks pretty sweet though! :D I don't see why you'd say it would be ashamed to meet mine?!

YourConfused 02-11-2008 06:10 PM

There is a reason I am only showing the drivers side of the car. The other side has some rust bubbles, wavy bondo and a crease on the pass door.:(

Crazy_pilot 02-11-2008 06:30 PM

Looks awesome! I wish my car looked so good. (Come Reading it will look a lot better!:D)

What's with the hood though? It looks like the front edge is a bit bent?

YourConfused 02-11-2008 07:01 PM

Yeah the hood is a little tweaked, as is the front corner of the fender. I plan to get a new hood from OT since mine has bondo on it and the whole front edge is shaped weird. I think the left rear quarted pannel is the only part of the car that is not damaged physically.

Yup, they sure do. And getting it tinted really makes a diff.

Copy cat :p
Just glad you live far away, 2 of those in the same area would create a phase/time shift or something

Thats exactly why I went with the STI BBS's instead of the Murano's haha. Two ebony's with murano rims, that close to each other.........I could only see bad things happening there
