some know that i am in the process of rebuilding/doing a tune-up on my engine when i do an AWD trans swap.

questions being:

what should i replace on the engine for long term while the engine is out besides the seals/gaskets? ive read and searched many forums and each suggest different parts ie rods, bearings ect...
i would really like to know the things i NEED to replace while engine is out and torn apart

second, when taking the AWD TCU out, which one is the TCU (if i remember right, one is white and other is black?)

as well as cam seals/plugs, water pump, timing belt, oil pump (possibly) and gasket, harmonic balancer (if still original, if so at 202k greater chance of separating), valve covers, i'd also replace the vacuum lines/pcv while it's out...
