3 ECU to TCU wires: torque control, ?, ?

Ok, I'm sorting out all the wiring from the transmission harnesses and it appears that there are 3 wires from the TCU to the ECU that go nowhere else (according to the wiring diagram). I think, from what I've read, that the black/yellow wire(B68-16 to A20) is for the torque control, which does not need to be wired to anything in a 5mt swap. The other two wires, light green/yellow(B67-9 to A16) and yellow(B67-5 to C16) are throwing me. If anybody knows what these wires are, please share.

My only guess is that these are the wires that tell the ECU if it is in gear or park, as I have seen it discussed that the ECU does have inputs for this. I was under the impression, however, that this signal was supplied through the range switch.

Upon further investigation, It kind of looks like the yellow wire might be a tach signal, just not shown in the transmission wiring diagram. The light green/yellow still has me stumped though.

light green/yellow=atmospheric pressure sensor?
Wow, that's 4 hours of my life I'll never get back.
Gotta love those vague/incomplete wiring diagrams.

Now what do you suppose the 49 state and Canada/California terminal on the ECU does?

Beware — I've run into some missing wiring on the radio and door lock motor diagrams (the latter showing some extra, incorrect lines even). You almost have to read the entire wiring docs to find what's missing.

The latter pin makes it cost more to run :D

I think the other one is the RPM signal.

The california wire tells the ecu to use a different egr mode.

torque control signal from TCU to ECU
atospheric pressure sensor from ECU to TCU
RPM speed from ECU to TCU

Thats everything, I have all the pin locations too, they are written down at the shop though
