My buddy has a black one just like that and is obsessed with it! It's a pretty sharp car. Congrats and good luck.

Re: my new infiniti g37s

That is a leader for my next car. I am researching 2012s to purchase as used in 2014 when my son starts driving. My priorities are 1. All wheel drive, 2. Mid-sized sedan or larger, 3. Decent gas mileage in the city and 4. RELIABLE! While Subarus are still among the more reliable brands, I'm not sure if they are good enough. I am getting sick of bringing the car to the mechanic for stupid little things. But here is the catch. Even Hondas, Toyotas and Mercedes aren't what they used to be and aren't free of annoyances. It seems like you have to go to the Jap luxury brands to get that now. I have found Infinities, Acuras and Lexuses I like. However, you pay for that reliability and few of their AWD models get good gas mileage. Most of them are heavy cars with high HP large V6s or V8s. The Lexus IS250 and the Infinity G25x offer 2.5L V6s which get a little better mileage and reduced cost. The G25x has similar power to the SVX and would make a nice family car but I admit that 3.7L V6 would be a monster. One bonus for the Infinity is that its resale value drops more so it is more affordable than Acuras and Lexuses at 2 years old.

thanks

this ended up being a surprise choice for me, my other car choices was a 2010 acrula tl type sh, 2013 a kia optima sx, a 2012 subaru wrx base

there was a lot of car choices in the price range i was looking at

my 1st choice was another evo x but my wife seemed to talk me out of that one LOL also the re-sale values on the evo x are incredibly high a 2008 evo x with sss and aero with 40k is still going for 29,000 thats 4 years old,

my only plans for the new car is nice set of deep dish wheels and maybe a intake system the car is more luxury and a little bit go then anything,

i hope the new owner of my old svx joins our boards also

he drove that thing from florida to michigan !

alan, you did get a steal! a MR is a nice option so my wife could drive it, not as good as the gsr for performance but MR has some nice features

i sold my 2008 gsr for 31,500 2 years ago exactly what i paid for it in 2008 but i did leave the aftermarket stuff on the car totaling abought $4,500
i put that thing through hell probably 50 track runs and a few road course events not the small scca events but a full fledge road course at sebring and road atlanta, the evo never flinched in performance or broke down,

pearl, the ipl was out of my price range for a good used car, we picked this on up at local ford dealership that was a trade in, we picked itu p for $23,000 plus TTT

Congrats on the G37.

At least it doesn't look like a$$ like the evo does. But I understand how one might need all that HP to make up for being unable to properly use a small penis.

Some of us don't need a sportscar to feel better about our manhood. How little does a man have to be to add an insult of a car to his signature?

In your dreams ya homophobe. Women don't like you much, do they? Oh and nice move trivializing something as horrible as what happened to those poor kids at Penn State. What, the juvenile "derp" stupidity was finally getting old? You were right when you said that evo drivers are douches. Which mod's a$$ did you kiss to not get banned for being a constant prick?
