Is the Warranty Corp Ext worth it

When I bought my 97 it had this warranty and Ive already renewed it for $319 last year.

Its up for renewal again now and I was debating not keeping it since all things seem to be well with my car.

Anybody else have the coverage and if so what is your experience with it if youve had to use it ?

anthonybuchanan 06-03-2008 02:13 PM

I found out they dont even sell this warranty anymore since they dont sell for cars over 10 years.

I thought you sold your 97 for an insane amount of money?

I think its well established that I did not really sale any svx for 30K and was just telling a lie in hopes of artificially boosting the value of all svx models.

Depends on whats covered. If you get a tranny repair or new electrics it may be worth it but they don't usually cover much & have a deductible.

I am providing you with the proof that you did not sell a 97 SVX for $20,000 or $30,000 for that matter. You state it here, so I would like my $1,000 now. I am having at it, so to speak.

Moving on, this is the first time you have addmitted that you did not sell your 97 SVX for an unbelievable amount of money. You want us to believe you, and you outright lied to us. We did not believe you at the time and you were mad that we didn't. This would be considered as "Fishing" and trying to create trouble here. This will not be allowed. You have also shown us that you are not to be considered a reliable sourse of informaton in the future. Expect a PM from me.

You are grabbing at straws and trying to stir up trouble. You are also trying to ripe me off of $1000.

I will not even read your PM.

I will bet anyone here $1000 if you can prove I did not sell an SVX for 20K.

Lets agree on the terms of the bet and then, "lets get it on", "lets tango".

Hows that ?

Here are the terms. Give us the VIN and have the new owner join this site. We will find out from him/her.

Hows that???????????

Lee

You don't get it do you??

You are responsible to hold up your end of the deal yes?? Since you have provided us with the PROOF that you did not sell your car for $20k no less sell it at all, you are required to forward a sum of $1000 to the first to claim this. Earl was the first to claim it with valid proof that you did not sell your car for that amount, or any amount, so you are entitled to hold up your end of the bargain. So personally, you are causing trouble by making these leaps of stupidity in efforts that my have good intentions but poor tactics.

If you refuse to read, and heed emails/PMs/comments for the Admin/Mod team, as you suggest in your post, you will find your stay here very short lived.

The PM you will most likely be receiving will be in reference to your rules violations, not the $1000.00, I suggest you read it. As hte ONLY one stirring trouble here is you.

It seems to me...

that it is about time to drop this whole ridiculous subject.
It never should have been started. If happened even happened, who cares:confused:

Just one mans opinion :)
