It’s some extra options in the car and, I think, the spoiler. Not sure though, and this is just the American model. It might be different elsewhere. Or it could be that when you tell an American they’re getting a “special edition,” they’re more likely to buy it and that’s the only reason for the title, haha.

This is an Anniversary Edition. There were only 301 of them but honestly there isn't that much difference between them and other SVXes. They are all Barcelona Red LSL models with a spoiler. FYI

So that makes my 1995 also a special edition - it's red and has a spoiler, also it is RHD, plus - see the additions at the bottom of my post.
