Help...Froze rear rotor

Drivers side rear rotor is froze. All the other ones are off and fine. Any suggestions? I have used penetrating spray and a rubber mallet. It won't budge. I suspect that it is a parking brake shoe problem. Is there a way to release the tension on the shoe? The passenger side rear shoe didn't prevent the rotor coming off. I need to get this off by Friday morning so I can get them turned before the weekend. Other wise I am out of commission until next week (if I get the dang thing off). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you turn (rotate) the brake rotor?
Does it have two holes that are tapped in it?
If so, take two 8mm X 1.25 thread bolts and screw them evenly to push the rotor away from the hub.

You are awesome. Yes the rotor will turn. Yes there are two holes tapped in it (I have been spraying the heck out of these, around the lugs and the hub with PB Blaster). I can't tell they were threaded because I have been working on them in the garage at night. Everything is closed today so I'll get out first thing Friday morning and get the bolts to screw in. I am assuming I need to bounce back and forth between the two bolts tightening them down until it breaks free. Did I read somewhere on this forum that I can temporarily use some bolts on the car to do this and then bolt them back on? I am a newbie (got it on the 26th of December) and this is the last thing I need to do before driving it everyday to work. I will be putting a transmission oil cooler on it next weekend.

Thank you so much...and wish me luck....I was ready to cut that thing off.

If I'm not mistaken, the bolts for the plastic under engine cover are 8mm.

I'm back in business. The bolts that hold the radiator to the frame near the hood latch work fine (the bolts for the plastic under panel do not). Three or four turns of the ratchet were all it took. I owe you guys. Thanks.
