Look what finally arrived. And Earthworm's swaybar bushings arrived on the same day. Now to intsall and replace all at once, brake kit, wheel bearings, ball joints, outer tie rod ends, swaybar links & bushings.

Cool, how much did the brake kit cost you? I was looking to purchase the exact kit...

2400 Crazy I know, but I was tired of warped rotors ( or whatever happens to them), and I figure I will be keeping the car for a long time. Had to wait nearly 2 months to get them. The quality looks great and they are supposed to fit with the stock wheels.

How do you get new pads and rotors?

Greg

svxstarship 06-17-2006 09:35 AM

Order them from Germany! I'll have to check the cost. These should last a while though.

Landshark 06-18-2006 12:59 AM

those look nice - i always thought the SVX needed some better braking.
do those calipers have dust seals, or will they need to be rebuilt constantly? i'd be too lazy for that!

svxstarship 06-18-2006 05:54 PM

Yes. They have dust seals.

You should try to document it. Just to see what kind of problems you encounter with the install.
