New to SVX
 

Well I have been a Nissan guy for a while yet have started to find the SVX to be a very interesting car.

I have a question though and it may sound a bit stupied but are all SVX's AWD or only specific ones? thanks for your time.

AWD and FWD models exist

not all SVX's are AWD. if you r getting something
as 'LS, 'LS-L, 'LSi. i think it should be AWD........
i'm sure someone here know in details. as far..
i see only the ...'94 L is FWD..

actully I have yet to get one of my own just trying to find out as much as I can before getting one.

There were fwd svx's made in 2 years. 1994, and 1995

All L, LE, and LS models in 1994 are fwd

All LS models in 1995 are fwd.
Some L models in 1995 are fwd.

All other models in all other years are awd.

To add to Mike's comment. some LS and L 95 models can be AWD as that was an option. Same with ABS.

Welcome to the club and best of luck in your hunt! If all else fails, just poke your head under the backend and check if it's a boy or girl. The rear pumpkin is pretty obvious. ;)

I will leave it up to you to decide which version is which sex :D

According to my '95 brochure AWD was not available on the LS.
