Local "hot tea" case

Hot tea

Didn't she get the memo? I used to buy coffee and it was always too hot to drink, who would buy moderatly warm coffee/tea? Not I! and the hotest it could possibly be is 212 degrees, hardly hot enough to melt a coffee cup or melt stockings. Stinks of BS to me, be carefull with your durn coffee! If you grab it too tightly any lid will pop off, you bought it!

:::rant over:::

"Bradley said Gocobachi was bedridden and missed a month of work, undergoing $7,000 worth of medical treatments for the burn and having to hire someone to take care of her three young children."

That is such bullcrap.

Christ, I had flaming tar burn through my hand and I kept on working after I wiped the flesh off. 7 months of work.:rolleyes:

Wait a second.....hot tea that is actually hot? No way. What's next? Iced tea that is actually ice cold! Maybe I can sue my local Dunkin Donuts for giving me frostbite on my tongue because they served me iced coffee that was too darn cold. :rolleyes:

These people are the reason we have stupid warning labels on products, like the one I saw on a hairdryer: "Do not use while taking a shower or a bath." Well, DUH!!!

What the heck is the matter with people these days!

This reminds me of the guy who is suing the producers of the show "Fear Factor" because he felt faint and barfed when the host of the show put dead rats in a blender and had the contestants drink it. And just who put the gun to this guys head and FORCED him to watch Fear Factor anyway??? And why didn't he turn the channel when they announced what the next stunt would be???

Few years ago my best friend tipped my motorcycle over at 5mph and burned the inside of his left knee on the muffler. :D

Still has a scar the size of an open hand.

Only complained a couple times. :D

I've had cups of ice water do that. If you put a lid on a cup and then grab the very top, it's quite common for the top to buckle, popping the lid off. We gonna hafta put silhouettes of hands around the base of the cup so people know where to grab it?

Girls never came up to me to ask for a ride in a car, oh but when I had the bike, different story. :D

That is so a babe magnet I can tell.

When I was in highschool I'd drive my dads from time to time, it had a 3 on the tree, and it was wierd- everyone wanted to ride in it. I got 20x the looks and coments that I ever got in the SVX, someone would talk to me about the SVX a couple times a month, but in the Jeepster I would often get multiple comments on it every time I drove it :D

I've given a few friends coworkers and drunkards :D rides before but yeah nobody actually asks to ride in the X. :(

I was taking this girl to work every morning in the SVX one summer- she was in town without a car, and she never mentioned anything about it, then one day I drove my F250 because I was replacing the wheel bearings in the SVX, mind you that truck isn't even a 4x4 and was beat up fairly badly... She was so excited :eek: loved that truck:rolleyes: so ya never know.
