Who wants 25% off a Subaru part in Puyallup?

Weird title, but trying to cover everything to catch the right person's eye.

One of the perks we got at the WCSS6 in our registration packet was a coupon from Puyallup Subaru for 25% off one part from their parts department. (hmm does it work on engines?)

I don't need any parts right now, and can't think of any preventative parts to buy and drive all the way down there for either (none that I could afford right now anyway).

So since the expiration date is coming up pretty quick, figured I'd just see if anyone around the area needed it. Let me know and I'll throw it in the mail for ya.

I guess I need the mud guard that goes in the front passenger wheel well.

how about the transfer clutch thingy....or that round thingy that Uberoo welded....its sorta expensive.....

:p

WestCoastSVX 09-20-2004 01:51 PM

Are one of youse saying you want the coupon, or just random wish lists?

manofmayo 09-20-2004 05:17 PM

random wish list for now

If no one else has a better use for it I'll take it, but my part is cheap so it doesn't seem like the best use of it.

manofmayo 09-20-2004 10:35 PM

Why don't we raffle it at the lunch for FCT '04?

:D :D

Im can't think of anything from the dealership i need. At least anything i can afford at even 25% off.

manofmayo 09-21-2004 03:25 PM

would a new subaru count as a part?

EddieSVX 09-21-2004 06:01 PM

I just paid an arm and leg for a replacement keyless remote at Chaplin's.

They were on backorder online, so I decided to just go ahead and buy it at Chaplin's since they had them. 25% off would've been sweet, provided Puyallup Subaru had them in stock.

I don't think so, parts dept and sales are usually separate. :)

But I am wondering if you could use it to buy a new SVX engine.....

Or how about a new Sti 6 speed tranny......

I wonder how much it would cost to buy every part in an SVX and build it like a model car, except the real thing.... using the 25% discount.

:D

Probably like an $80,000 SVX! Hey, at least it's 1 of a kind! (hand built)

WestCoastSVX 09-22-2004 08:05 AM

Actually....... :D

The SVX was hand built in Japan! Just another of the many special things about this car! :)
