One-family car, 61K miles. That's a good start right there. The seats appear to have been recovered; I'm pretty sure 92's were full leather?

According to the VIN, it is a base LS model without the touring package. JF1CX3431NH102131

DID NOT HAVE
Leather package: seating surfaces, steering wheel, shift lever, or parking brake handle
Power driver's seat, 8-way
Power sunroof
Electronic vehicle speed sensitive power-assisted rack and pinion instead of base engine sensitive rack.
6 speaker stereo AM/FM/Cassette/CD. LS had only 4 speakers (no dash tweeters)
Heated outside mirrors

Ah-HA. I didn't know there were two trim levels available in 1992! Another person mentioned something similar in the BaT thread.

Sold for $5100. Not shabby, but not earth shattering. I think the largest message coming out of the auction is the number of bids -- not very many.

I see people around here spedning 1500 on bodywork, and another 1500 on paint to make their rusty cars appear new for a while, looking at that one, the body udnerside was REAL clean, makes working on them easy peasy. Not sure why anyone would fix up an old clunker when for 5100 can get almost new condition cars still.

Yep, my 1992 SVX has the tweeter ports (nothing in them!) heated seat connectors and mirror plugs that have no where to plug into.... amongst other plugs that go nowhere for auxillary upgrades.... 😛
